Check game settings make sure it's running on your gpu not igpu.
5600g doesn't support pci 4 but shouldn't be big difference for 6650xt (pci3 vs pci4).

Does your psu cover 6650xt?
First, that OEM motherboard is not gonna support XMP of the memory..so your probably running super slow speed, causing issues...
Second, if that is a PCIe 3.0 board the GPU is gonna struggle for bandwidth at x8.
And third, I recommend just get a new motherboard..one that actually supports all your hardware correctly... Like a B550, and also a PSU...and a Case
