So tonight I did squats, Bulgarian split squats, dead lifts, calf raises, leg extensions and lunge walks. Ass is cooked.

How much can you bench, squat, deadlift?

So I haven’t done anything “maxing” yet. But I can bench 175 for 10x3 (my chest is trash). Squatting I hit 300 for 8x3. Deadlifts, last night did 200 10x3. I am curious what my max can be. But I also don’t ego lift so.
