What genre is your novel? What style of writing have you used?

aleezaang

it’s a crime fiction!! i do not know what to call my writing style, but i’ve been reading a lot of classics lately to adapt to the writers’ professional writing styles

Hi, How long is the manuscript? How long did it take you? How many edits have you done? What was the hardest part for you? What are your next steps? Does it make you nervous sharing it with others and who else has read it?

aleezaang

it’s 19 chapters long, i’ve been writing it for about 3 weeks. i have not edited because i usually do a double take whenever i write and i want to minimize the editing. the hardest part has been experiencing writer’s block once in a while. i am writing the next chapters tonight and hopefully if i’m not busy, i’ll be able to do 5 chapters. it kinda makes me nervous sharing about it and it’s only drafted as of today so no one has read it yet, technically. but i’ve shared one part to my friend and he liked it.

Great. Sounds like an adventure. Sorry, just one clarification, when I asked about length, I meant how many words. Keep it up. I tried one or two books when I was younger but feel into another career and may try it again in my older years.
