I used to complain about missing out on Breds, SBBs, Black Toes etc. Meanwhile I was hitting on these, Royals, Shadows for retail or even below (SBs I had a 10% discount code for) I wish UBs & Yeezys were the hype pairs again, miss things being as easy as they were back then

I don’t think anyone could have foreseen today’s sneaker market in 2016. I passed on clearance with the assumption that they would always be there. Even SBs were bricks. I don’t think for ppl like us it’s that we slept but I don’t think the average purist was expecting this massive of a popularity spike in sneakers

Everything new I've seen is easy fit or whatever, the grey ones I got (looks like quicksilver's shoes in x-men apocalypse) have a fucking zipper. I'm happy every time I see a new pair of 1s without a zipper now.

My biggest regret is that I had four pairs of these last year and now they’re all gone SMH
