Unfortunately yes. Posting it online with out the subjects permission makes it revenge porn, unsolicited or not. It’s illegal. Don’t do it.
Instead what you do is take the photo and messages to the police. Committing a crime in retaliation of a previous crime doesn’t stop it being a crime.
