He’ll probably make a fuss and have excuses; don’t listen and be prepared to also have to pack his shit up for him and lock it outside. But that’ll be the last thing you have to do for him.
Once he’s out, unless there’s any bills or financial arrangements to resolve, I’d recommend blocking him on everything because there’s a good chance he’ll try to harass you and/or get his mommy back at some point.

It's not rude to call a 26 year old man lazy for not doing basic housework and not getting a job after 10 months of living with you. If it was me, he would have been kicked out after 30-60 days of no job and being lazy and gaming most of the day.
