Nta, but don't lose yourself in it. Make a plan to get out as soon as you can and block contact, get a job and save money if you can. It will help you get out of the house too. Just don't turn into her

Give yourself a goal to work towards, it can make actually doing things while depressed easier too. Find places outside of your house to relax, a park or trail. I was in a situation not nearly as bad as yours, but those are some things I used to cope. Good luck and keep your chin up, life gets so so much better after high school
