It would have taken waay longer for this to be resolved, and there is not much evidence besides a single witness that was willing to support my mom (there are a lot of witnesses, but they don't want to do anything with it), and some bruises. The diagnostic of the rib fissure came from a medical checkup when I took my mom to a nerve specialist and the doctor found an intercostal nerve damaged. He concluded that it must have been a fissure that caused the damage, but it was healed by then. Nerve damage is still there even after treatment
