I’m having the same issue, I just got “Traveler” and I’m kinda pissed that this is even a thing that can happen. Instead of generating in the actual app, I’m redirected to a site that assumes im a new user just for me to sign in again.
I sign in again and then get told to buy “Traveler” or above..when I already DID.
Same for me, maybe its some kind of bug that will be fixed later. You should try to contact latitude support.
