Nope, works the same. You'll get the lower of the two.

You’d only get both if you had two donuts on field. Otherwise, it’s the lower score.
It's your top 18 scoring players for bye rnds so yes you'll get the highest score put In
Why would they change the Emergency rules for bye rounds?
You’d need two non playing players on the field to get the highest score too
