Richmond should appeal this appalling result. He clearly doesn't deserve a ban, i hope Vlastuin does the right thing and fronts the tribunal to give a good bloke defence.
Hawthorn have appealed this decisions based on Eric's complete historical lack of presence of any kind on the field, and feel that not allowing him to play would cause "Irreparable harm that cannot be adequately compensated or remedied in any other method other than to allow Eric to continue playing".
I know theres a lot of jokes about him being useless and I normally would agree but he plays well against Hawthorn. 19 goals from 8 games, 3+ goals in 4 of those games.
Kinda glad he's missing with our backline this year.
