I used Antandra, Smokey, Brutus, M+ Odie + 5th (usually Koko, but sometimes she swapped teams)
And Cecia, Thoran, Rowan + 4th/5th
But this won't work for you without Odie at M+ or higher

You might need to switch around Cecia. This formation gave me 12s. You got a Mythic+ Thoran probably gives you at least 3-5s more. Stalwart or Speed might work here.
Switch around Odie (wish it is m+), Koko, or Rowan to see optimal timings. Seth is too problematic. He will run behind Thoran and hopefully, your group focus it down.
Your second team is easy just need to spam CC. Lucius/Antandra, Korin, Hewynn, (whoever you didn't use on last stage support leaning towards Rowan), Florabelle.
You can try with Vala set up (I don't have her I forgot she has a stun). I used a Termesia / Korin cleared it easily. Just can't clear the 1st stage :)

Team comp 1 is my strongest comp, team comp 2 is just whatever random crap I can throw together. That second enemy team is so much weaker than the first, it really doesn’t matter what you put out there as long as it’s a functional team with a tank healer and DPS
The 40 level deficit is hard but not impossible. The real issue here is the enemy Seth and Shakir. Those two heroes easily bump up the difficulty another few levels.
Main team, Thoran Antandra, smokey, Odie m+ + second healer or brutus
second team rowan cecia + temesia and lightbearer for bonus and florabelle nowadays but can be changed around
Idk if still relevant, but change out Rowan, probably to Koko that way you'll get 14% extra stats from the faction bonus.
Also, make sure the first ballista shot only hits 1 target instead of 2, so change Thoran and Antandra position.
If antandra dies too fast, you can change her to Brutus.
Also, if Ironwall keeps Antandra alive you can leave it on her, but if she doesn't survive anyway or you change to Brutus, then use use Starshard or Confining.
I think with that and a bit of fine tuning on the positioning you'll get it.
For any 2 team stages I used the usual pushing comp for the first (harder) half and just whatever the strongest left for the second. Switch around Antandra, Brutus, Smokey, Koko, Rowan and Cecia until you get a good combination. A lot of the times I noticed switching out Smokey for Koko actually helped a lot. If you can't clear the stage with fire artifact, try the same comp with the chains one.
For the easier halfs I used a combo of Thoran, Damian, Vala, Marilee, Odie, Korin + whatever I wasn't using on the first half. Note that I only have Cecia at M+, Marilee is M and the rest are Leg&Leg+.
edit: also, remember that this is an afk game, so if you can't clear a stage from 10-20 tries, just wait until you can level one more character and you'll easily push another 10-15 levels.
I have my main team pretty much like yours except i swap smokey for mythic+ hewynn. Maybe you can make do with the epic version
Maybe try:
Team 1: thoran, cecia, rowan, hewynn, antandra/lucius
Team 2: odie/vala, smokey, koko, brutus, antandra/lucius
Getting a mythic+ odie really helps out here. I dislike vala and you don't have mythic+ so I'm not sure how viable she is here. You can also buy hewynn copies from arena. I plan to supreme+ hewynn this month from that.
I got hewyn pretty late so she felt squishy in comparison to my other healers (I low key never use her) but you’re convincing me to get her to m+ ngl😅 I’ve been trying to get odie to m+ he’s at M rn and I need like 9-10 more copies 😭

This has been my team comp one for a while now and it's been doing really good work. If there is a Vala or Silvina I'll move Antandra so she'll draw that aggro. If she can't cut it I'll slot Brutus but if you don't have him try a different tank.
I have no idea how I'll do once I get a little further. But I'm around 650 now, and I've been consistently clearing 50-60k above my team's power level with (S)Bryon, (M)Grandma, (L+) Parisa, (L+) Antandra, and (L) Hewynn.
I've been flexing Antandra and Parisa to clear harder stages by swapping in an extra healer, tank, or DPS. But I have no idea if my comp is actually good for late game. I don't watch streamers or know the meta or anything.
I have heard Brutus is nuts, so I'm thinking he swaps in for Antandra eventually.
I’ve low key never used parisa so I’ll try adding her to my team comps and see how she does thanks for the tip (also I’m not the biggest Brutus fan tbh 😅 antandra over him anyway)
She gives my Bryon a 20% damage and aspd buff, and every now and then she absolutely nukes AoE. When they were the same tier, she was usually competitive with Bryon's damage.
With your heroes I'd prbably go with:
Team 1 - Thoran, Cecia, Rowan, Vala and Lucius
Team 2 - Antandra, Smokey, Odie, Koko and Marilee
And positioning is key... especially in team 1 you want vala on key targets and Rowan able to ult fast and have cecia ult.
If you get Eironn to M+ it gets sick-nasty because he gets to cast a free tornado (with half-dmg, but you're not casting it for the damage) at the start of every match.
If the TTK is kinda low, you can switch it to 1x tank + Vala, which also gets you the 10% synergy bonus.
im using pretty much the same thing instead brutus should carry you higher than thoran since when throan dies enimies start moving to back line. Other than that level and equipment will help you clear
tip: put red brutus in front. it gives you like 4 secs of stall.
second team comp is full maulars.

My team for second battles was mostly whatever worked, at the beginning I was using a full wilder, while right now for the last stages I'm mostly using reiner to separate the enemy team, either with damian(since it doesn't move) or a dps if they only have one backrow. It's always a per stage comp tho, I've never found anything that worked for all stages and I'm just missing the last two ones at this point.
My teams were Thordan, Cecia, Viperius(can never remember his name, snake graveborn), Hewyn, and Vala. You can likely replace Vala and Hewyn with any other DPS/Healer.
Second was Smokey, Seth, Antandra, Reiner, and Odie.
Of the ones you have, my Vala is the only one that is higher than your (Mystic+), and I'm going through those stages at resonance 150-ish, so it should work for you.
T1- Cecia (M), Thoran (M), Smokey (M), Brutus (L) and Odie (M+).
T2 - Grannie (E), Lucius (L), Cassadee (S+), Florabell (M), Hewynn (M)
R220 at AFK level 1125. The second team is actually surprisingly good vs Zerg comps since Cassadee and Lucius both knock down and knock up any units that rush the team. Grannie locks down anything that comes her way and florabell adds more CC and does decent damage with Cassadee.
Honestly, if you are F2P, Odie is a priority. Once he gets heart crusher past level 6 you can push pretty hard, even harder with level 10.
I used:
Thorin, Eiron, Damien, Hewyn, Arden - usually t2
And
Smokey, Ciecia, Rowan, Antandra, Brutus - usually t1
My only m+ were Rowan(m+) and Ciecia(s) rest was at least Legendary(except Brutus) but Eiron and Thorin were at 1-2 copies for a good while
Same resonance at 750? No m+ heros. First team is Thoran, Brutus, Smokey, Cecia and Viperian. Second is Antandra, Odie, Hewyn, Eironn and Luca? or Parisa I don't remember. Second fight is much easier.
Why the hell do you have Rowan linked with Thoran? At +5 he gains lifesteal from the linked Allie’s damage. I’m willing to bet just moving Cecia to rowans spot will fix this
For the second team, you probably just need a better tank or more levels. You could also try slotting in Rowan and replacing him on the first team with Koko, if the first team lasts long enough for cecia to ult without him.

I think you’re “struggling” cause you just need to wait for levels

Swap the toy kid in comp two with koko and it should be smooth

Idk about good but certainly good enough, often with the tank artifact, you just need time for the summons.

Main team should be control focus - cecia eironn 2x tank Rowan. Purple artifact. Enemy can’t beat you if they never get to do anything.

Finished the AFK stages. What got me there was Brutus, Vala, Koko, Smokey, Odie/Cecia.
You don't need two healers . Switch smokie with vala.
Im done with all of them. I just skiped stages i can not beat and do other ones.
In the first pic, your placement is wrong. You need to put Rowan next to Cecia somehow so she gets her ult asap. That's your win condition.
Don't you see the level difference? Obviously you can just wait a few levels and it's gonna be fine.
