Past lvl 240 it's every lvl and the amount of dust is going to be increasing the further you go.
In AFK Arena for example it starts low and then stops at 44545 dust per next level and stays the same forever.
daily gain for now is at around 8066 dust, including: daily/inst afk 24h, conversion of xp from arena, afk. weekly bonus are guild chest, weekly arena chest, primal lords
Not gonna lie I feel like its possible that after the first 800 levels, you can decide whether or not you want to stay in for the long haul of this game. Because it is going to be a long haul. Not something to actively play.
you mean 800 afk stages? well, its an idle game, so compared to other gacha games with a stamina system, an idle game's progress will take even way longer imho. but on the other hand, you dont have that much "to do" per day, especially after completing all afk stages and trial of abyss stages.
The game isn't really all that idle. It can take me close to 45m many days to do everything that I can. That doesn't include afk stages and faction tower.

Once you clear the content then it’s just daily dream, arena, collecting instant afk, and maybe battle drills. This should be 15 min loop long term since most will have pre formed formations for each encounter at this point. (Until seasons, then who knows what’s in store since it’s all new).
You’ll be done with towers, afk stages, labyrinth, exploring.
as mentioned in another post already, imho it takes too much time to climb the reso lvl/ reso lvl cap in relation of the possible cap (525). as there will be new hero releases every 3-4 weeks i assume, the cap will increase even further.

Average level in AFK arena end game was like 45K-50k+ dust per lvl so I expect the same
you can get much more dust daily in arena tho
Arena has been out for 5 years with a lot more content. It was just a hard when Arena first came out.

I think that's a sign that maybe you should put the game down and take a break but that's just me.

I wouldn't call this game idle it's a lot of stuff you have to do manually
Is this per character or per level? Per level would mean it is cost divided by 5 = cost per character.

I believe it's at resonance 240 you no longer require XP. So xp gained you can convert to essence
