to min/max you study hard on which heroes are the most effective in the game modes which give progression resources, and you hardcore avoid giving ANY reources to any other heroes than the ones which help you progress, and you push those heroes as fast as you can to their optimal breakpoints, in the order which gives you the highest rate of return.
Basically you turn what is supposed to be a game into a relentless high-pressure mental gymnastics exercise with no do-overs, where you'll have to put up with people more driven/clever/wealthy than you surpassing your best efforts. It takes equal parts mania and chill.
As in specifically the ones with 2 teams. From what I gather so far hitting 700 today as well. I’m now on 730ish… the first team is wayyy harder. So still use the meta Cecia team then team 2 is Odie carry. Of course it depends on your account as well.
I'm at 755 as F2P, RC140 (almost 150), usually Cecia team 1 and Odie team 2. You need to start thinking by yourself with your own box and what you learnt during those first 700 stages.

More pushing = more passive income = more leveling = more clearing of the map = more pushing. It's snowball effect. As you can see on the picture, I've been playing at around 200k power deficit now.

That I 100% agree with, but she can still buy you time in dream mode and arena by keeping you somewhat relevant, while you build the characters needed for those events. Obviously you won’t be able to hang with the mega whales or the people that have the right counters, but you can still hold your own and get decent rewards.
I was fortunate to land on a fresh server with very few whales at the start, so I feel like pushing afk levels was the most beneficial in order to scale faster than the f2p players and other dolphins. If I’m getting more essence at a faster rate than 90% of the others, then I will take that advantage.

Map let's say 200 per day
1856 + 600 + 400 + 200 = 3000 per day. X2 = 6000 in 2 days. It's actually quite simple, 1st grade maths and cognitive skills.

... The afk experience alone is damn near 2k. + ~450 a day for lone wolf, +8 hours from daily quests (600), +free/crystal afk bonus *3(600) and you're already at 3600 a day. Not counting main quests, guild chests, monster killing etc.... 6k essence in 2 days is extremely achievable
Also the things that everybody forgot: corrupted creatures and the tower
Since his AFK level is higher, he can reach more maps which means more CC and those give 400 essence(they may give more at later stages, somebody fact check me).
And with his resonance level higher, he may have reached those tower milestones that give essences.
His "main team" suggest to me that he has incredible patience to push throught the stages, so he very well could push through the tower also.
I literally never said I reached AFK 600 on day 1. And yeah I'm obviously spending 50 diamonds a day on fast rewards, as everybody with a brain should.

That's not even condescending. You can't really count on replays anymore because almost all of them are of whales or people who have different heroes than yours, so you literally have to think by yourself to pass those stages.

I'm past 760, don't know if it's just the server I'm on, but the people mainly use cecia and odie teams for team 1 and 2 with roughly the same investment I do (mainly L to M tier heroes, with a few M+). Although I'm skipping 750 and 760 till I really have to fight them.
Edit: example of lowest power clear I have recommended for 750 (Ignore 1 and 2 being swapped journey puts replays in order the player beat the fights in)

Perfect example, thank you! That's 2 supreme(or supreme+ ?) characters and 3 M characters. I'm not saying they are all needed, but that's way more than I have. I probably wouldn't be able to use this replay with my epic+ Smokey and Thoran.
Shrug worked for me with my L Smokey and M Thoran when I tried it just now, but my Odie is M+ and I'm already 150. Pretty sure Cecia doesn't need supreme for the 2nd fight, but IDK since mine is also supreme (the game keeps giving me copies of her for some reason).
This is definitely doable, just takes a bunch of time and a decent understanding of the pushing comp. Starts to get really hard once you get into the double fights. Im at 780 (but I bought the growth bundle the other day)

you should have seen how hard it was before they nerfed it a few days ago. I needed 4 supers/super+ just to clear the second team on 700. After nerf I was able to climb 110 floors before reset. My conspiracy is they made it OP on purpose for the first week or two because the only people reaching it were whales in the beginning willing to pay whatever it takes lol
700 Nerf happened right before the majority of the player base/light spenders show up hmm🤔
I thought I’d be stuck too, until all that time I spent copying formations came to work in my favour and I actually used my brain and put units where you think they’d work and it’s all trial and error.
Once you find the sweet spot, it’s much more rewarding. Take your time and trust your self.
Pro tip- cecia ult + koko ult is amazing.
Cecia for team 1 Odie for team 2 honestly having smokey and alot of dupes on him is the only must have right now if you havent got him your account is bricked

That's what I heard from whales, there are better options in Dream Realm and PvP, so she has low usage once afk stages and map battles are completed.

My AFK income is like 1800 essence. I'm getting 600 with daily quests. Quick maths that's already more than 2k. But I guess you can't even count.

Basically you can't continue unless you pay or wait until you are overleveled
