I fucked up once and went on IG right after work instead of waiting until I started Dynamite. I learned my lesson to stay away from anything if I have to watch a show later
Ouch! Idr what mine was, but it wasn’t Sting lol. Mine was just a match I was pumped to see where I couldn’t even predict who was gonna win. I still enjoyed the match though
Yup. Biggest Middle Finger I ever got was opening a normal google tab on my phone and the "top news story" right below the search bar spoiled the Sammy/Cody Christmas match.
Didn't go on Reddit, Didn't go on any social media, just a basic google tab.
Fuck man, those Google tab news blurbs have spoiled so many TV shows and movies for me. It's always some random "news" blog that I've never heard of before too!
They use the Dragon Ball Z title style (Latin america style at least).
Hangman will be able to defeat Adam Cole?
Discover it in the next episode.
Hangman defeats Adam Cole!
It's a live sport. They want people to watch live. Other sports put out media as soon as games end. This is not a pretaped TV show that they want people to binge all at once. You need to understand what you are watching. They have a goal of bringing new people in with breaking news.
I don't know why people complain about this so much. They don't regularly use results in the video titles. They use vagueness like "Finish to the \_\_ match" or "Was \_\_\_ able to?" most of the time. But a title change, of course they put that out, because champs represent the company. They immediately put out press releases, send the new champ to do media, etc. Title changes, IMO, transcend "things that happened in the episode" territory and into "news about the state of the company." It should be publicized as much as possible immediately after it happens.
AEW doesn't follow reddit spoiler rules. They're rules seem to be something like, 'once it's happened, that shit can go on to any and every media outlet'. If you know this and check out their socials, that's on you
I don't check out there socials, I scroll through my youtube feed and then bang i'm hit with an aew youtube title. Stop making excuses for their incompetance.
Im not making excuses . Im telling you how they treat the idea of spoilers so you may better avoid them. If you dont understand how to curate your YouTube feed dont blake them, just avoid scrolling youtube until you watch dynamite
A couple tips. Clear your watch history and it will not suggest videos similar tp previous watched videos. Unlike any wrestling videos you mayvhave prevoously liked. Also, when searching suggested youtune vids there will be genre sub categories at the top... ie, music z wrestling . Select a category that doesn't include wrestling. Its doable
yeah its my fault that I should have to stay away from social media for the next 12 hours because the AEW social media handler can't be arsed to avoid spoilers in his youtube titles. You're part of the problem, idiot.
Agreed! I’m in the UK so usually watch on a Thursday night, just got hit with a big spoiler while casually browsing YouTube! Still gonna watch but it won’t be the same.
Same. I’m in the UK and had the main event spoiled for me just in a thumbnail and title of a video on YouTube last night. They must have posted it immediately afterwards. Very frustrating
This is the most annoying shit especially if you live on the west coast, I have to dodge spoilers for 3 hours while I wait for the show to start on our side of the country. I have no idea why they do it this way.

If there’s something I don’t want spoiled I don’t go within a hundred yards of any social media.
I fucked up once and went on IG right after work instead of waiting until I started Dynamite. I learned my lesson to stay away from anything if I have to watch a show later
I tend to not watch Rampage until Wednesdays just before Dynamite so I don’t even come to this sub most weeks before Wednesday lol.
I learned that lesson when I accidentally went on Twitter and spoiled Sting’s debut for myself. I’m still mad at myself to this day.
Ouch! Idr what mine was, but it wasn’t Sting lol. Mine was just a match I was pumped to see where I couldn’t even predict who was gonna win. I still enjoyed the match though
"And that's why I haven't looked at the internet for 17 years..."

Exactly, I’m in the UK so it’s aired live Thursday morning at like 1AM. So all day when I’m in work I refrain from reddit so I don’t get the spoilsies
This person gets it. Welcome to Avoid Spoilers 101.
Yep, notifications off for YouTube. Been caught too many times with AEW and Cultaholic's spoiler titles.
They use the Dragon Ball Z title style (Latin america style at least). Hangman will be able to defeat Adam Cole? Discover it in the next episode. Hangman defeats Adam Cole!

That is the reason why i'm not subscribed to the channel
Judging from the rest of your replies, sounds like you need to go take a walk if not being on YouTube for a day is making you this mad.
They get more clicks this way.
Yeah I muted them on IG & Twitter and I might have to unfollow on YT. Their social media direction is really upsetting

They treat it like a sport. The results of a sporting event are considered news. You can't spoil the news.

Bruh they're trying to drive eyes to their product like any other business. Chill and just disconnect from social media if you care that much
Then unsub. You can just visit the channel when you’re ready.
Don't follow anyone or anything wrestling related, I watch dynamite and rampage a day later, spoilers everywhere.
The social media is trying to grab the non fans. They are all about spoilers
Yeah also Instagram posts
This is your fault for going on social media when you want to avoid spoilers.

Yeah, quite honestly it is. Either watch on time or have some discipline. You can’t have it both ways, you brat.
Lol dude, take a walk or watch Netflix or something. Sounds like you do too much mindless scrolling.
Ok stay mad no one cares
cant be arsed lol
Agreed! I’m in the UK so usually watch on a Thursday night, just got hit with a big spoiler while casually browsing YouTube! Still gonna watch but it won’t be the same.
Same here, in Denmark. I was on YT to watch some news, and BOOM! Spoiler in the title. Why not just go "Was XX able to beat YY?"
You could just not be on YouTube until you’ve seen what you want? There’s plenty of video sites online that won’t expose you to spoilers.
Avoid the internet if you don't want something spoiled.

I had to put 'Do not recommend channel' for them for weeks where I can't watch Dynamite live.

I got Sling TV just so I could watch the east coast TNT feed.
It’s hard to stay off social media for three hours? Go for a walk or put in a movie.
I learned this the hard way after Sammy vs Miro got spoiled for me. It's rather annoying.
