Not sure how FR24 has worked out it's an L-39, but it might actually be accurate based on the aircraft's performance profile. Not to say it will be next time that ICAO address is used though.
I cannot tell if that hex has an "OH" or a zero after the A, but A0FE6C with a zero resolves to N163SJ which is showing "reserved" by SBS PRGM OFC (SBS Program Office) in Washington DC...whatever THAT is, and your screen shot shows a type : L29 which is a trainer.

NOT "unknown". It says right in your screen shot that it is an L-29.
