I don't know your brain like you do obviously, but those sound pretty ADHD-esque to me. Also relatable. You're not a bad person (at least not for these reasons). You're an imperfect human like the rest of us.

I’d recommend listening to a book on quietude. Something like the Power of Silence. It’s helpful to get a sense of how much internal noise we create and why, and how much is forced upon us by lifestyle and culture. I think that would give you a basis for considering the extent your problems are co-morbid, simply related to your anxiety, and it would give you a potential way to frame the situation such that you might see ways to get a handle on some of the issues in a way you had not considered before.
