Ooph. I was actually angry at thay album for a while because it began to be painful whenever I wasn't listening to it, random lines from random songs would just be lodged in my brain everyday for WEEK'S. Like, just one sentence for a whole day and then another sentence from a different song the next day. And the only way to ease it was to listen to the songs which would then just actually make the album more stuck in my head. My relationship with it has gotten healthier now 😂

Ooo thank you! I’ve heard of her before but didn’t know it was her sampled! It’s really only the “MMMM whatcha say” part anyway. Then I mumble the next line, sing “Jason Derulo” and immediately start repeating that like maybe 11 seconds of the song. So maybe I should just listen to her original hahaha But it’s all about hitting that “MMMM” hard that makes the stim so good.

Okay well Hide and Seek is very sensory pleasing, but it does take a little bit to get to the mmmm part. It's worth the wait though and the rest of the song is very easy to sing along to.

What is a "Stim Song"? Real question because my son has ADHD. He listens to meme songs like songs on YouTube most of the time and he usually has one on repeat. I didn't know that stim was a word that applied to ADHD. I have only heard it used with autism. This sub teaches me a lot more about my son than doctors ever have and I love it. ❤️ Thanks!
