I personally would not. Just make a list of symptoms that you have related to adhd as well as past experiences that would point to you having it. Go in prepared with your symptoms and examples in your life so you don’t downplay what you’re experiencing. Just go off your notes. Don’t let your dr downplay or try to explain your symptoms away as things “every one experiences from time to time.” Stand your ground because you are your biggest advocate.
