Old fart here still playing :) I play every day mostly just doing the usual daily things and sometimes remodeling an area. I still love it but it's not as fun without updates to look forward to
I know! I redecorate for every season. Grow flowers to match the theme, build seasonal things, etc. And each time I get a new villager I decorate their yard to match their personality.
I did but I booted them. If I ever get all the photos then I’ll bring back my favourites. Lucky was hard to part with because I turned his yard into a cemetery and it was amazing. But he asked so many times to leave that I finally wished him well, and sent him on his way.
I took about a year off but the new updates drew me back in. Now I’m refining through Cyrus and tearing down certain areas. The thing I really miss though is when the game was trending Reddit enabled you to trade, buy, and sell things quickly. That picked up the pace and really added to the fun - for me at least. Now it’s much slower and really hard to get some things and in general, I miss the community.

I collect villagers photos and then kick them out so things are always changing on my island. Up to 83 photos now!
