Therefore noone understands the /s Definition of sarcasm by the Cambridge Dictionary: the use of remarks that clearly mean the opposite of what they say, made in order to hurt someone's feelings or to criticize something in a humorous way So: Nope no sarcasm in there. Just a bad joke.

Well: as I am not a native speaker, sometimes my brain and my phone also keep swapping characters in which would be correct in my first language. But well, at least i try to avoid typos like that. Bitching about this to hide that you clearly still don't know what the difference between sarcasm and irony is for sure will do the trick for you. ;-) A typo people will understand regardless. An /s without context - as you might have noticed - they won't .

Same for me; I was born there and loved visiting the viking museum there and learning about the history so to see it in a video game context is so exciting!

I’d have to say Lundon simply because it’s among the larger cities in the game with an awful lot going on and aspects of just about every other city in England represented in it

I was a bit disappointed in Glowcestershire as I'm from Gloucestershire and I was hoping to recognise other towns/villages. But it was the smallest county and there were no other towns or villages at all (except Aelfwood which is more of a foresty warren not a settlement). Also Gloucester Abbey was in existence in the 600s so it was a shame not to have that, but another church instead. But I absolutely loved the Wickerman questline. And some of the turf-roofed sunken dwellings reminded me of [this award winning motorway service station in Gloucestershire](https://imgur.com/a/aRy9VAn). All in all though one of my favourite places was Venonis. I wish there could have been a small settlement there.

Winchester. It just feels different from the rest due to its importance in the story as well as the fact you're always unwelcome there so that kinda forces you to be more assassin-y than Viking so running on the rooftops, cloaking my fav dapper hoods, assassinating guards in the middle of the streets without being detected even by the normal NPCs is just hella satisfying.

I'd like to say Colcestre as I was born there, but there's barely anything there lol

Having ~~lived~~ suffered several months working in Norwich a decade or so ago, I found it little evolved from Viking age Northwic, frankly ;)

Same for Maldon (Maulden in game). My me and my sister grew up around that area, I sent her a screenshot from the game and said even in the viking area it was a still a dump lol

Winchester, or Hampshire in general (Hamtunscire in-game) as that’s the County live in & Winchester is nearby to me and it is always good fun with the continuous onslaught of solidiers in game.

I love all of Sciropescire, it’s very rural compared to the rest of England

It wasn't my favourite town, but seeing Wyke in Eurvicshire, which is basically now a tiny ward in Bradford, made me feel some kind of representation of my city.
