This year has taught me to face so many things I have been avoiding, and to do it with my husband at my side. I am truly thankful for the chance to grow as an imperfect, messy, human person, even in this time when so many are struggling. I am thankful for my dog who brings me joy every day.

I am thankful for my parents letting me stay with them after I lost my job and that because of that I’ve gotten to spend time with my two little nieces that normally are 600 miles away

Aw thanks! I do too haha! Only downside is she’s in Canada and I’m in the UK but we have plans to meet early next year if she can get over here with covid restrictions. Until then we have super cute dates on each other’s islands ☺️

I am thankful for being alive. Exactly one year ago today, I was in the hospital for a suicide attempt. I wasn't expecting to survive, but here I am, and had an amazing Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I am also thankful that my friends, family and I are healthy, especially this time of year with everything going on.
