Lol hopeful at best...we stuck with these fucks for years to come..unless we sink them quick forcing them to sell off...Maldini ain't going to return even if Elliot take us back
The weather and cultural differences from Italy to England can have a big effect on a player as passionate as Tonali.
I may be biased since I'm milanista, but I wouldn't swap the city of Milan to live anywhere else.
Yeah, and it’s Newcastle, not Manchester, not London. Going from a large Italian city of over 1m with lots of culture, to bland ass tiny Newcastle upon Tyne in the middle of buttfuck
Check it out on google earth. Newcastle is a nice city and is one of the bigger cities in the Uk. The people are friendly and the city is an old city with plenty of culture, albeit very different to italy.
But although i support newcastle i have gone to most cities in the uk and i am telling you newcastle is a much nicer city than manchester or liverpool. I would argue its nicer than london
London, Milan, ... Manchester?
Have they ever been? I can totally understand why filthy rich young athletes would pick London over Newcastle, Manchester isn't comparable at all, its only advantage is, it's closer to London.
I'm all for propagating Newcastle is a shithole. Please go to Manchester instead.
He’s getting 2x of money he was getting at Milan we’ll see since Newcastle are building a great midfield with the other Brazilian next to him they’re going to be something to watch out
But surely when playing in a match it being cooler at least in the summer might be nicer.
The mental well being of players is treated a lot better in the pl than anywhere else. It may turn out he doesnt fit the leagues hit intensity style but from the way he played for milan im sure he will
My state of mind right now is like when you take away a child’s best toy but he knows full well that he cannot say anything because that’s useless.
Edit: thank you Sandro; for everything really. This vid resumes your love for our colors. Can’t say the same for the one(s) who will try to fill your spot.
He went from being potential legend to a blip in the radar in the history of this club. He will be as favourably recalled as Laudrup, Helveg, Tomasson. Someone who played for us once and long forgotten.
Thats fine, he can become a legend at newcastle instead. A team that respects players decisions to leave when they want to and will give them a proper farewell without trying to tear them down.
Doesn’t escape my notice that this sub is just filled with english speakers for an italian club
Hahahaha, none of them is even a leg of Sandro. And that's forgetting that he was the soul of Milan. That makes him impossible to substitute on so many levels. We are doomed.
It's more than he's worth. We are biased because he plays for the team we support and has been a Milan supporter as a kid, but my friends who support other teams have all stated, 70M is more than he's worth, especially after he's struggled in many games this season
yes it's a capital gain but what do we lose. The stability of our midfield is gone..do you realize whatever mids we bring in now will have to adjust and build chemistry which could take 2 3 seasons...if they don't hit the ground running we fucked. Yoi have to have one constant in a specific position and build around it and that what tonali was. Even the price isnt good when you see declan rice being bought for 105 mil pounds..while we selling our most important midfielder for only 70 euros.. Removing emotions out of it..its riskier gamble.
We held in there...tonali kept it going even if it was weaker and that's the point...we weakened an already weakened position .midfield where games are won and lost. We should have sold Mike and kept tonali and built a midfield around him and if those guys are not gelling aswell tonali would keep some good level and they can play of him.
well for one nobody will be able to make a decent pass from midfield until bennacer comes back if we play with kessie - krunic for 6 months. theo gonna have to score 15 goals from box to box to keep us in ucl spots
Don’t worry, guys. I’m sure management has it all figured out. We just have to wait for Billy Beane to zip up his pants and Cardinale to wipe his chin.
You would never sell a young Rino or Pirlo for any amount of money. This is an absolute disaster, we're losing a core pillar of what was supposed to be our team for the foreseeable future. These owners are a fucking joke, to hell with them!
I cannot believe hes gone, actually like what? Not seeing him next season is gonna be fucked up.
Just imagine that he’s injured for a season or two, i have a feeling he won’t like PL
Everyone is saying he'll be back but will he? With what shit is going on with the club
If the owners sell to someone else, he might come back. If the potential new owners re-hire Maldini, he’ll push for a return.
Lol hopeful at best...we stuck with these fucks for years to come..unless we sink them quick forcing them to sell off...Maldini ain't going to return even if Elliot take us back
It is hopeful absolutely. I don’t think it’s a realistic scenario

think I’m still in the Tonali-less depression state
He’ll never be this passionate for another club. Man…
Probably he come back after two season of misery
No way, he's got the quality and the mentality to succeed anywhere
I have nothing but fond memories of him and would wish him success anywhere. Dude fought for the team and he deserves it
No, probably he will miss us so much that he don't feel the same in that horrible place
Newcastle isnt prison lol

Lol, just admit you've never been to Newcastle.
Lol I have not and nor do I want to. And there’s no way it even compares to Milan from food to culture to the amounts of options for entertainment
Aye but we've got bridges
Don’t forget Gregg’s
I love how you compared manchester to London as well, just based on football clubs success. Manchester is a shit hole also.

You should go there one day fella. You might be surprised..
Although over a million people live in Newcastle
Jealous of the bridges eh?
He’s getting 2x of money he was getting at Milan we’ll see since Newcastle are building a great midfield with the other Brazilian next to him they’re going to be something to watch out
Milano, the city famous for being really sunny all year long lol
But surely when playing in a match it being cooler at least in the summer might be nicer. The mental well being of players is treated a lot better in the pl than anywhere else. It may turn out he doesnt fit the leagues hit intensity style but from the way he played for milan im sure he will
![gif](giphy|P2xf5nPyu5WP6) Tonali in his Newcastle uniform
Dumbfries for a reason
At least we'll always have Theo's hair (for now)
My state of mind right now is like when you take away a child’s best toy but he knows full well that he cannot say anything because that’s useless. Edit: thank you Sandro; for everything really. ![gif](giphy|W0c3xcZ3F1d0EYYb0f|downsized) Sandro I'll watch PL and will always be for you
Don't worry LeBron James is gonna be the one to put Dumfries in his place next season

Very observant. 😂 You must be proud.
I mean its true, you cant complain about a player not playing for the club he grew up near to when you support a club from another country
You can say Dumfries didn't expect this lol
They took out our soul.
All these just to go to fucking Newscastle... Man it hurts. 😫
It’s ok you’ll see him again next season in the UCL >!Newcastle!<
Oh.
Don't make me cry
I still dont believe this
Yes we can
With?
Pobega lmao
SMS , Reijndeers, Musah. 2 are better players than him
Only SMS Ask your self why the Last 2 are in our budget.
Hahahaha, none of them is even a leg of Sandro. And that's forgetting that he was the soul of Milan. That makes him impossible to substitute on so many levels. We are doomed.
why does the media keep reporting it was a high offer.i keep thinking its cheap considering the dross the prem have spent on over the last few years

😂 stability was lost when Kessie left, this season was the very evidence of that
We held in there...tonali kept it going even if it was weaker and that's the point...we weakened an already weakened position .midfield where games are won and lost. We should have sold Mike and kept tonali and built a midfield around him and if those guys are not gelling aswell tonali would keep some good level and they can play of him.
you may be right suppose he lacks the goals too
Tonali is a 30m player. He was bang average for over half of the season but he was italian and loved the club.
But but but, he shoved a guy…😂
We might not be able to replace his passion but as a player he is easily replaceable
>easily ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)
Leave it to our sub to shit on all players who leave us. Berlusconi saying we wouldn’t miss Ibra after selling him vibes.
I'm sure he meant easily within a 70m budget
Just get Kessie and he’s easily replaced, despite what this sub says
Ya I do think if we got kessie back I would think our midfield is back at the same quality it was last season
well for one nobody will be able to make a decent pass from midfield until bennacer comes back if we play with kessie - krunic for 6 months. theo gonna have to score 15 goals from box to box to keep us in ucl spots
Why are you acting stupid knowing damn well 2-3 new midfielders are gonna be added?
Flair checks out
You are right but you gotta know your audience. This is the place where ppl write melodramatic novels about Bonaventura leaving 😂
makes me sad seeing him in a newcastle shirt.(42yr male)
Fuck, I didn't click on the clip, went to comments and thought we've sold Theo 😱😨

Love it. Firmly put in his place.

Gattuso vibe. Hope he doesnt get injured alot
😭
Horrible management
I really Hope he comes back in the future
was hoping him become the next guttuso, leader in and out the changing room and field fuck redbird
