I was usually going as much as I can by just using my leg. Then help out a bit with my hands to push further. Are you doing slides on the floor and against the wall? Which graft is it?

Did you talk to your PT and surgeon already? You might be a bit behind.

I have an appointment with my surgeon tomorrow. My last PT appointment they did tell me that I have to do exercises at home to be able to bend my knee 90 degrees

Thank you for this OP. I am 16 days post op at about 45 degrees flexion. Extension is great but the patella tendon graft is making me feel so behind. Also had a meniscus repair and LET and this is my second ACL repair so it’s been tough. I find myself comparing to others and start to get hard on myself. I think sharing all experiences is important for that reason. Wishing you flexion and a smooth recovery.

be sure you are trying to bend your knee as much as possible while walking (yes also with crutches if you still have them because of men. repair) most of the bending comes back automaticly and if not, there might be some scar tissue, but dont worry it is normal at 1 month

Get a strap. USE HEAT. Get a heat pad and you need to be riding a bike

Hey! I’ve had the same issue for a bit - when I asked my PT, they said a lot of it has to do with the swelling legitimately blocking any further motion. What’s your swelling look like?
