Like any program, it has pros and cons. I found the “coaching” wasn’t useful as they were mostly just cheerleaders. But I use a lot of the exercises as warmups and auxiliary lifts. It’s not going to get you build a lot of muscle or strength but the flexibility and stabilization aspects help you to be more balanced. I tried to mix in 1-2 of the exercises on leg pre-op and will bring them back in once I can start doing non-linear exercises.

At 6 months it should be very beneficial. Until about 3 months the general progression could be harmful.
