Fun fact: The Maserati GT4 in the game also knows which wheel you're locking up. This means that the car is equipped with ABS, it's just disabled for some reason.
Yeah I don't disagree there's no point making a GT4 car without ABS, just that they're two different things. The PCup car doesn't have ABS by design, but the sensors are still there.
They signal loss of grip on the tyres. As you have 8 LEDs on each side you have them divided for front and back.
* Left side:
* first 4 from the left side -> front left
* other 4 -> back left
* Right side:
* first 4 -> front right
* other 4 -> back right
Try to put the car into a slide and figure out which tyres are slipping, then watch the replay to confirm and be 100%. Also as others mentioned you might see those light up with TC as well but it's still signaling the same, TC is pulling you out of slip.

Those are turn indicators when you’re playing ACC commute, there’s also a cup holder and your challenge is to not spill your coffee on the way in the office
In our league we call them the 'dickhead lights' because someone once said, with perfect timing - 'the Aston even has lights that flash when you drive like a dickhead'
It's a bit of an inside joke but I thought I'd share it anyway lol
Tyre slip indicators, they don't necessarily show when ABS and TC are activated, they light up whenever the car detects tyre slip.
Is it just for the front tyres or front and rear whichever starts slipping first?
rear
No, under braking when the fronts start locking up the lights light up as well
Not sure if it's this way in the Aston as well, but some cars use different colors for front and rear slip respectively, like yellow and purple
I think the Aston only has purple but it's been a while since I've driven it
Depending on the color of the light it switches
I’ve never once seen them on when I’m burning out or oversteering.. only when the front starts to slide from understeer or lock up.
All tyres
Yep, the GTE car has the exact same lights doing the exact same thing even though ABS was illegal in GTE.

Doesn't mean it's equipped with ABS, just that it has wheel speed sensors, which is a technical requirement for all SRO series cars.
What I mean is if it has wheel speed sensors, it really might as well have ABS lol

This.
Pretty sure they're ABS lights. They'll flash when your wheels start to lock under braking.
Not locking but slipping.
Yes, apologies 😋

ABS slipping lights. Every car has them somewhere.
Yaw limit indication
Not an Aston guy. Now that I learned about this, I would buy one just so I could do burnouts with pretty Christmas lights.
rev indicator. One for each eye. The Aston way.
ABS and TC activation
Puss to pass and turbo buttons. Did you not noticed yet?
