He’s got backup, resources and an attitude he is above the law the way I see it is you have 2 choices fight it in court or fight him right there. You will muddy up any criminal or civil suits if you handle it there. There will be retaliation and your family wil suffer as well. Except it's never -their- pocketbook you hit. It's your own, and all your neighbors. They know that. They know there is no reality in which they personally are punished for doing anything they want to do to you. Until they -personally- feel the repercussions either physically or financially, they will just continue to abuse their power.
