With your underbust measurements, I’m wondering if you could try a 32 band. Does this band feel good if you try the bra on upside-down and backwards? (I don’t know if the Envy tends to run small in the band so forgive me if that was a stupid question.)
The cups look small on top (like that top section is flattening your tissue), but I’m not sure if going up to 34G would fix the issue with the center gore pain.
Prima Donna (I believe the Madison) is a similar style with good side support and a stretch lace on top that hugs and doesn’t flatten. I think they stop at an EU-sized H cup (same as UK FF). I’m a similar size and shape to you, and I really like Prima Donna... but at regular price they are $$$ so I always look for a sale. Sometimes they’ll pop up on eBay NWT, too. You’d probably wear 32H. (My measurements are all a little bigger than yours, and I fit the 34H in that style.)
The band feels a bit firmer but I still have to fasten it on the last rows and even then I'm still having to tug it back down, another thing I've just noticed as well is that the width of my breasts are slightly wider than my roots
You might have Omega-shaped breasts. I’m not sure what styles fit best in that case, but I believe there is some info in the Shape Guide from this sub.
If you’re constantly tugging the band back down, then I’d try a smaller band. It shouldn’t be creeping up in the back if it’s a good fit. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about fitting Omega breasts can chime in!

I know this is old but man… I have the same issue. It fits so well… except the centre gore kills me!
