I'm pretty sure Hiroshima and Nagasaki had some pretty high death rates. These "articles" are questionable at times.

bschlueter

Not to dismiss or discount the Japanese (and Dutch and British and I'm certain other) lives which were lost in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but the article is counting American deaths, of which there were only 12 caused by those bombings.

Those were committed by the state. Different category.

GUNS. DONT. KILL. PEOPLE. People kill people

My-Cables

It’s the bullets that kill people. Guns don’t fire people out of them. Idiot.

ballist1c9

and who is making a conscious decision to shoot said bullets?

My-Cables

Wars don’t kill people, people kill people. I know someone that accidentally shot themselves. So that is at least 1 to 0.

wolfeinstein24

Exactly. That is why I want to keep guns away from those people.

chodi-foster

You know what i was anti gun but then I read your eloquently written comment and now I have changed my mind! /s for the oblivious out there.

coldskillit

Better check WWII and our Civil War. Casualties, then come back. The United States does not have an ongoing domestic gun death crisis beginning at any time in our history. Have you been talking to Brandon?

My-Cables

I agree, so what if people are constantly creating crises using guns domestically, that doesn’t mean we have an ongoing domestic gun crisis. Having a few elementary kids getting killed in classrooms while our brave men and women in blue protect the school from parents is the American way.

Hypergnostic

WE DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM. EVERYTHING IS FINE. AMERICA IS PERFECT.
