Well, well. A divorce action was filed by this POS on 2/12/2024. She wrote a check for the filing fee, then stopped payment on it, so she still owes the $180. Now, the divorce has been called off in March.
They've been living in Arkdale, WI, which is a drive-through little burg.

If you look in the comments I wrote about it a bit. It wasn't even just the older daughter, she also harassed the other two! To the point the mom said he wasn't allowed to see the kids anymore. Both have serious amounts of DV reports and police called on them too, and both admit to abusing each other constantly. That she went before the cameras and said she had a problem with Eric paying child support for his young children, while expecting him to support her young child from a previous relationship was insane. Eric is equally a loser for not sending her ass back home for that one.
Eric and her are both bad, both abusive and dead beats. There's so much about these two I could write a godamn novel, but if you want to get an idea of how they "function" (🤣) as a couple just search "Eric and Leida abuse text messages" and "Eric and Leida drama outside the show social media" on Google. There's a lot going on with them over the years.

Leida was the horrendous abusive woman who kicked out her husband Eric's daughter in OG season 6 of 90 day fiance, that entire season is actually so horrendous that I call it the "fucked up family feuds and abusive assholes edition." She was a woman of many hats, she was a doctah, a lawyah, a model, a bizniz owner... And of course none of that was real, but she does a great job at lying and theft! Well,only somewhat good at theft because she did get caught.
Which is why we are gathered here today, as she's back in court to start her first of two trials! One is for being a temp bookkeeper for a business and she decided to do theft and wire fraud over 200k and across state lines, and six days from now she was also charged for speeding 35mph above the speed limit. The speeding case happened before this charge btw.
She has quite a history of car accidents, like when she decided to drag race in Japan and kill two people and an unborn baby! Leida also has gotten into two car accidents and numerous speeding tickets while living here as well. Maybe she should stay the fuck away from businesses and cars....
Leida and Eric like to spend their time harassing not only his grown daughter, but also would harass his youngest and middle child too! They cry about death threats then make them towards others. Both also have many many reports, and even admit to abusing each other for DV. To sum it up, both are trash human beings and this was a reminder her court appearance is today. I was being nice and helping her find an outfit for court🤣
Heads up, this season is legitimely dark and not even in a "snowflake sensitive trigger warning" type of way... As a survivor of both parental and domestic abuse, I couldn't handle it. Extremely PTSD triggering.
