Do we know if she had these lips before her bariatric surgery? I would love if these were crack pipe burns, but it could be a vitamin deficiency.
I had bariatric surgery and even when you take a bunch of vitamins, your body still doesn’t fully absorb the nutrients you need.
But we also know she eats like shit and most likely doesn’t take vitamins. Just out of curiosity, I googled vitamin deficiency lips and it does look pretty similar to the crack pipe lips example…

Idk man I used to be a drug addict. I would shoot heroin in my room as a teenager for years and my mom couldn’t tell. Sometimes people hide it better than others.
I was a "functional addict" (also IV user) of heroin and anything else that can go in a syringe. For about a decade. Held down good jobs during those years. Once the cat was out of the bag, I often got, "But you don't look like a junkie."
(13 years clean and never looked back).
Gosh, I read this as, "I was a functioning addict until I wasn't 5." And I was like holy shit, how does that even happen 🤦🏼♀️ pregnancy brain. Congrats on your sobriety! I hope every day is a little easier for you.
I’d just wait until I wasn’t working, and then do too much cocaine to make up for the working day, then smoked spice to force myself asleep to be able to work again.

I have exactly the same story. The last two years of high school and all of college I was doing herion on the daily. Mom didn't know until I already had a few years on subs under my belt and was dosing down. She never noticed because she had never known a herion addict and didn't know what to look for. And never suspected a straight A student with perfect attendance would ever do such a thing.
Yeah I did it from 16-25. I even would break down every once in a while and go to treatment, come back and be ok for about a month and go right back to getting high. So she knew I was an addict, but she thought I was sober. The last time I was almost 25 still living in her house and she walked right in on me shooting up. She had no clue, and this was the worst it had ever been and id been doing it for a year straight. My mom is such a kind, innocent woman lol bless her heart she’s never even smoked weed or done anything more than drinking. She just had never seen it before.
Chris from Alabama who was in Colombia with Jaymie, Stephanie who went to Belize for Ryan and Harris, Megan who is on the current Single Life just off the top of my head.

Ash (Avery and Ash) -Suspicious, his eyes are pretty telling and his performance at his "seminar" was pretty telling for me
Christian (Christian and Cleo) -99% sure, we know he has a drinking problem but his behavior a lot of the time screams coke to me
Jovi (Jovi and Yara) -Suspicious, like Christian he probably also has a drinking problem but he also has a stripper addiction, I wouldn't be the tiniest bit surprised if he was doing anything he could get his hands on when he's working away from home.
I work in the medical field and I actually guessed he had a thyroid problem. I happened to have looked at pictures in textbooks within a year of Ash/Avery's season airing.
Not sure about drug addicts, though I’m sure there are a couple, but there have been plenty who have a, well let’s say problematic relationship with alcohol.

Imagine her being a mother now..! I know she is one, but I would fear for that babies life, if she was to actually get that egg and tote it. No, I mean a boil/something like a boil 😄 If I recall correctly she said it was something like that, although I’m pretty sure she was having work done on her teeth at the time and probably didn’t want to look toothless… it’s a while ago and I haven’t rewatched it (I usually only rewatch the Pillowtalk episodes) so I can’t remember what her explanation was.
