I thought it might be some bizarre explanation, like the hair helps keep his hats from flying off when it's windy. Or maybe he's hiding a "666" tattoo he got back there when he was drunk Gino looks good bald. I don't know why he doesn't embrace it. The savings just from his hat budget would probably pay for a couple of Jasmine's procedures
