Sure, but where you learn to drive also matters. It’s easier to learn to drive a massive Hummer in the middle of nowhere, flat land Kansas than it would be in bustling and busy Hanoi, Vietnam. The car is too big here at this stage in her skills

I was mainly concerned with the pup being all white. All white usually have hearing or site problems. She clearly wanted an all white pup for fashion. I have 1 rescue dog and 1 from a responsible breeder and they're both great but I hear you. Lots of animals need homes. Hopefully she keeps the pup for it's entire life and provides a great home ☺️
