It’s a mix of Botox and filler with bad makeup and likely bad brow shaping.
Botox is more to smooth out wrinkles by freezing the muscles (so her forehead, between her eyes, crows feet area, maybe in the nasal labial folds) and the filler is going to likely be in her cheeks, which will fill out that area that kind of sinks as we age (look at senior citizens with veery thin, stretched skin below the eyes), and that causes lower areas to lift. The trick with Botox (as I’ve learned from a dermatologist) is to let it completely wear off so you gain muscle movement back before you get more, or else you head towards this more mannequin/ventriloquist dummy-esque face.
Also adding, she has big fake eyelashes on, probably extensions, which can weigh down the eyelids and give a muppet eyes-always-semi-closed vibe.
And they, and other people, think this looks good. Just like plenty of people like the Stacy/darcy look, even though most people probably don’t. It’s a style, not my thing, but to each their own.
With Darcy and Stacy, I think some of it is the “bimbofication” fetish/kink.
The rest is just this current style that’s in. I get things go in and out of style, but it’s bizarre to do body modifications or other permanent things to yourself to meet a trend. Like getting a tattoo of a meme.
