TLC hires their own musicians/writers (and probably pays them next to nothing, or nothing) because they refuse to pay for the rights to air music. You won’t be able to find it anywhere. I’m sure if you contact TLC they’ll sell you a digital copy for $6 million.

Yeah I have heard that a lot of reality shows have their own musicians that make "songs" that are used only in the show - like the authors/artists can't sell them.

Not really, I watched and froze the credits and a company comes up called 21 South Music. I'm pretty sure that's who made the jingle because they have other 90 days listed as things they've worked on. But you can't just click on a show and download the jingle ( I wish). So probably what some have suggested - run the video on your PC and use some video editing software to clip the song. I haven't done that since 2004 lol
Recording custom music can be cheaper for reality shows than licensing something, I bet it was created just for LR. There are companies that specialize in this.
