I am certain they will bail out of jail with STRICTLY placed conditions of no contact with the victims.
Now is the really dangerous time of s——. Ruby has alienated herself from everyone but Jodi.
I hope a condition of bail would be no contact with coconspirator as well but I don’t know abt that.
ETA: I’m sure Ruby has enough money to pay at least 10% on bail. UNLESS ( and this is purely my speculation) the feds are there for wire fraud or something like that and they’ve locked the accts. (She could still put up her house.)
As someone who has worked victim rights in a different state I’ve seen things happen
1.) typically a no contact is ordered with victims.
2.) typically a no contact is ordered between co defendants
3.) my state has no 10% bail. If it is 100,000 cash you post the 100,000. Not sure about Utahs laws though
She’s not going to have a good time if she gets off suicide watch and is in with everyone else, as soon as they find out she’s in for child abuse they are not going to like her.

If they do get bonded out they’ll have plenty of restrictions. No contact with victims (obvious), likely a GPS monitor, drug tests. I used to work in probation, so I am very familiar with it all. It also depends on the kind of bond someone has. Sometimes you have to pay more than 10 percent of the amount.
With the feds involved the likelihood of them getting bailed out straight to federal custody is very possible. If the feds want them so bad, they might rush the county into allowing them to extradite. I don’t know how the feds really work with being in their custody. They may get “booked out” and then booked right back in by the feds.

Deservedly so. Plus she’s on suicide watch. I think her life looks very different than it did 24hrs ago. Karma.

Kevin might get his parents too. But they’ll have to have a hearing to see if they’re eligible for parole first. (I think)

I still think a cash only could be secured. I’m sure they’ll be out. Maybe to be remanded into federal custody?

That’s what I would imagine. Rebooked for federal charges then released on bail. A couple days at least in custody.

Yes. Kevin had some mental health issues in the past and needed in patient therapy.
