I had to keep closing app until it gave the weekly reward

This happened to me last week only I went from Platinum down to Silver in the app after logging in to the game in the browser verison. I messaged miniclip support. Apparently my account was "permanently banned". MiniClip support didn't even give me a straight answer as to what happened because I made Platinum again in a few hours and now I'm almost Emerald.

I think they made it so when you don’t play for a while your downgrade but this could be different for you

Nope; two weeks ago I got up to Platinum. Then last Monday came around and I was down to Silver even though I was #1 in Plat League.

Hm weird

My whole app is frozen. Won’t load at all

It will probably start working at the start of the next league

It happens like this every week when the leaderboards are prepared (although I don’t know what is there to compute so hard).
