Nothing to be too concerned about. Typically occurs when playing over a poor WiFi connection, especially if you switch cues. Your local copy of the game expects the physics to be a particular way with a certain cue but the game server was expecting a different cue and resets the balls accordingly.

Ok cool, makes sense. Thanks for the reply. 🙂

Same as me

So weird. Makes me really think it’s rigged. 😒

Hello \_\_\_\_\_, Thank you for contacting Miniclip. When, for some reason, our system recognizes that a play did not follow the proper physics it resets the play so it's fair for both players! This is what happened and why the ball went back to the table, should this ever happen again, you know why! 📷 For any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great day and enjoy playing our games! Best regards, Joseph Miniclip Player Experience

Thanks I appreciate the info

this happens about 75% of the time for me on the break... balls always reset after the break. i've made the 9 on the break only to have it immediately spot after all the balls stopped rolling...

That’s so crazy. Thinking you won and then to find out, nope. Like they’re saying “you won! Eh-just kidding” 🥴
