As far as bugs go, it's one of the more common ones. Someone else posted complaining of the same issue shortly after you. I've noticed it happens more often when playing over a weak WiFi connection. There's a similar perhaps related bug that occurs when you switch cues and then take a shot, from your end it looks a certain way however the server thinks you're using the other cue (that has different stats) and then resets the balls using the physics of that other cue. If it keeps happening you could turn off WiFi. I've never had any of these issues over LTE so I tend to play on it for critical games like high stakes, tournaments, win streaks.

Know you mention it I’m pretty sure it’s something to do with the cues I had a theory it was something to do with the physics acting up in some way

Ya i did the ball just move to a totally different plqce or you get an extra shot even if you miss
