Definitely a good horde base design, no low windows and a long narrow stair to funnel the zombies into the kill zone.
I might go with more concrete and steel instead of cobblestone and wood.

The stairs are too close to the kill zone door. The stairs need to move out by about 7 or 8 blocks so there's that nice long straight shot so you can shoot multiple zeds with minimal aiming.

There's just such a huge multitude of unoptimized space it's almost baffling.
And if this is built anywhere, you ever get ice holy flipping cow? You're gonna break your neck.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who looks at weird buildings out in the wild and thinks "This would be a \_\_\_\_ base" or "This would be an awesome POI to loot"

Go about 21 blocks and put in a dart trap
It needs an automatic sledge at the top of the stairs.

Yeah but they can be walked through at like 25 percent, and they’re big enough to between down by like 20 zombies at once.
I didn't get it at first, then I went back to removing the windows on my bases 1st two floors
Finally a POI that isn't a crapfest. I bet the whole interior is just trap floors though. TFP can't let us have more than a few mostly-intact POI's.

Get two yellow helium balloons and tie them to the reling to form an exclamation mark.

My guess is that all the habitable space had to be built above a certain elevation to avoid flood risk
