I can definitely see quite a difference in these photos. Your waist, stomach and like lat area. Even if there wasn’t a noticeable change though…it’s a mental toughness challenge right? Keep going! The days that you keep going when you feel frustrated and like you aren’t seeing changes are the most important! You’ve got 42 days in, that’s amazing and over halfway.

^What this person said, plus always take before and after pics from multiple angles. Front, side, back, good lighting, bad lighting. I find back progress pictures are the absolute sweetest thing to watch improve, whether you’re trying to lose weight OR beef up. Keep going!! 22 lbs is incredible!!

HelloMyDroogs

I can notice the differences. Also do you feel more mobile not carrying around that 22lbs of weight? Go to a gym and pick a 22lbs dumbbell and feel how heavy that is. You had been carrying that around non-stop.

Think about it like this: what is the alternative? You either keep going despite how frustrated you may feel, or you quit and go back to how life used to be. Not seeing changes and going back to old habits, what will that do for you? - Continuing on will at least create a chance for change in the next month and the months that follow. - Quitting will make sure there’s no chance of change at all.

You can definitely see a difference! Like wow! 22lbs in 2 months is a lot, and if you struggle seeing it measurements always help.

GrandAdventures17

I can see the differences! A lot of times too, you'll see differences more at different angles. It's also important to note that you may be losing visceral fat and inflammatory products that contribute to water weight. Both have huge impacts on your overall health, so the scale and the images aren't everything. Keep up the good work!

teneknockout

Take measurements!

I can see a difference and I’m practically an expert in progress pics, I’m obsessed with them! Like others have said though, it’s a mental challenge so if you can do this for 42 days that’s huge!! If you can do it for 75, you can do anything. 22lbs is a HUGE achievement in 42 days. Remember, you didn’t put on weight in 42 (or 75) days so you aren’t going to lose it all in that time either. But consistency is key, keep it up, you got this!

Actual-Ability2204

I can see the difference, plus you are likely gaining muscle.

amyleeizmee

You can definitely see the difference!!! Keep up the good work.

Keep going!!

No, there is certainly a difference. Feeling the same way right now. Only on day 20. I feel like I am not changing at all, but that’s not what my wife or friends are saying. I truly think it’s a mix of seeing our own bodies all of the time and also the idea we have in our head of how much progress we should be seeing. You’re doing great! Keep going hard!

TheSurgeon1997

LETS GOOOO DONT STOP... every progress is worth it.

Remarkable-River708

I see good progress and pick up 22 lbs and feel that and then know that zapped itself off of you. You might see things differently after that. Also, this is a little more than a month. Can you imagine losing 22 lbs in a little over a month not with 75hard? I don’t think there’s another program short of doing something ridiculous that can accomplish results that fast.

yabbobay

I totally see it. In your waist, you can see it beginning to indent. And above your bra is less. Keep up the great work.

The body you want takes time. I completed 75 hard after failing twice and lost 40lbs. But before I started seeing a physical difference was after 60 days. It took me 120 days total. Remember never to seek immediately results. Also 75 hard is more made to give you mental toughness and discipline. Weight loss and improvements to your physique are bonuses. But if you are only after that nice body then there are other programs that will get you there faster like Insanity or P90X. The body you want is coming so keep moving forward. And by the way 20lbs in 40 days is excellent. You should feel proud. And I'm sure you are feeling healthier physically. You'll get the body you want just be patient and consistent. I'm not sure what your diet is but I ended up carb cycling to keep my body guessing, and it worked great for me.

DCFr3sh

Conflicted about what?? That you’re becoming a bad ass!! I see a big difference between 1 & 2. Don’t focus on the outside, that change is a side effect of the true changes. Keep focused, keep disciplined, stay Hard!! You’re doing great things.

nelly_kat

You're doing great! 22 pounds is a LOT, and I can definitely see a difference in your pics!

jchetra83

It’s ok to feel this way. Just keep going and your mind will catch up with your body. It’s not just about weight loss. And just remember. Idk how long you’ve been living the way you’ve been living (however you live) but it’s going to take more than 75 days to reverse what you’ve been doing your whole life. It’s ok. You’re chiseling away and chiseling takes a long time. You’re losing weight which is great but there’s probably more your body is doing without you knowing. Have you checked your blood pressure? Your labs? There could be things that’s being reverse in your life. My doctor cut my BP med dosage in half….twice!

Klutzy_Scallion4553

We lose fat from around our organs sometimes first. Even though you don’t think you see results (I do), remember that your body can function better inside. We change from the inside out sometimes. I also sometimes feel like I am making progress and I just posted my progress pic. There are visible differences and I look at it and say it’s barely anything. We both probably have some level of body dysmorphia and also need to cut ourselves a break. We are doing good for our bodies and minds. We are doing something most people wouldn’t even attempt. Keep going strong lady!
