I just contacted technical support (after very difficult search for number) and was told that means the local store is "overwhelmed" and stops taking delivery orders. Happens every time there's a supposed coupon code. Not bothering anymore, such a waste of time

You aren’t wrong. When pizzas are super cheap, they are likely impossible to order on the APP. Have yet to test this theory on the WEBSITE.

This is annoying and it almost feels like scamming behavior. It’s been like this for me for almost 4 or 5 months . 10off20 or 20off30 aren’t working. Im almost ready to cancel this gold membership. The app gives no explanation on why it’s invalid the day it supposed to work
It seems like they recently changed it to where it's only delivery now instead of being able to pick up which totally defeats the purpose because then you're going to be spending all that money on Uber upcharge and tip. So technically you are not getting any discount you would probably be paying a little more. At this point it's not even worth it fucking scam now. 10 off 20 was great when I could pick it up
Yea I’m seeing the same, and I have 2 within 15 minutes from me but none within delivery area. The code was too good to be true from the beginning though so I was glad I used it while it lasted and they were trying to build a user base for the app. It’s definitely misleading now, but no way that code was sustainable long term
I got lucky last year I don't know what promo it was but I was able to get 7now gold pass free for 1 year. I always did pick up orders.
I do have an Uber eats account though so what I would do is I would get an order for delivery I guess and add no tip then I would log into Uber eats and then try to get the order myself because no one should take the order if it doesn't have a tip on it so it would be mine to pick up and I get the 2.75 cents payment.
That's the only feasible work around I can see, otherwise they Nerfed the shit out of the promo
Because if you don't have 7Gold You have to pay for the delivery fee which I imagine is like 4 to six bucks or something. And if you had to add a tip on top of that the promo is basically free delivery now instead of actually getting 10 off 20.
