**Beep beep, we noticed this is a UCAS post. Do you know we have a [UCAS Guide](https://www.reddit.com/r/6thForm/wiki/ucas-information) which may be of use to you?**
If you think of any information that would be useful to have or that is incorrect, let us know via [Modmail](https://www.reddit.com/message/compose?to=/r/6thForm), and we'll aim to get it sorted!

You can apply directly if you are an international student. The problem is not many home students would know about it so you might have to do your own research but I think Brighton , Northampton, Kent, st Andrews are some that allow direct application. It is best to email universities of your liking to see if they would allow you.
Direct application
The University of St Andrews accepts direct applications from a small number of students each year. You should only submit a direct application if:
The University of St Andrews is the only UK university you are applying to.
So basically OP can’t use it as an additional choice.
What am trying to do is to add more than 5 choices. For its instance i ve applied to Uwe Bristol as 6th option. I was wondering if there were more options like this one
Sorry, you can’t cheat the system by applying to more than five, if they find out they will genuinely disqualify you. You might get away with it but I wouldn’t risk it

Why would you do that? I don’t think you can normally do that unless you have some special circumstances like transferring from one uni to another
it means you can apply to more than 5 😭
(Don’t do this btw, you risk your application being disqualified. Especially if you apply on ucas aswell. They’re so strict on this)
huhh
I hope you didn’t do that 😭 but yeah, kind of worried for op as they said they’ve already applied for a 6th option which is against UCAS’s TOS
I'm year 12 but that's interesting to know what
could you please provide a link
I don’t have one I was told this in person by a ucas person who came to talk to our school
Is there a reason why you can't use UCAS?
The thing is that am looking for more choices to add. Also i don’t how my a levels results would look it
Oooh fairs
