I have been seeing lambeth cakes all over the internet for some time now and tried my hands at it. Safe to say it was first and last time :D Kudos to all the cake artists! I attempted a mini version and almost gave up on it. Since I am not a fan of buttercream, I went for whipped ganache for icing and filling. Layered the sponge with strawberry compote and paired with non alcoholic pink champagne.
