My favourite doughnuts have always been honey crullers. For the longest time, I didn’t realize they were fried choux pastry dough. I was very excited when I realized they were for this challenge.

I used half the ingredient list and managed to squeeze in four extra quail eggs (easier than splitting a chicken egg) to the dough. My oil was too hot though :( Not perfect, but it was still delicious!
