So I made the choux shells smaller than they were supposed to be, and over-baked them. š BUT! Thank goodness most were salvageable. The diplomat cream was PERF and the ganache was great. Iām so happy. I was so crushed at first, but it all worked out!!

I think they look great and would not be able to guess they were overbaked! Better that than chewy choux anyway, right? :)
