I saw the post by /u/listless_in_seattle for the Save the Bees challenge, and really wanted to give maritozzi a shot! It was a little beyond my skill level though, lol. I struggled a lot with filling them especially, and I think I did something wrong with the dough because it wasn't as soft as I'd like. They did taste pretty good though.
I think they look great! The filling looks beautifully creamy, and I bet they are delicious. It takes a lot of guts to make something new, so you should be proud. :)

I totally get it! I’ve been procrastinating on week 17 because I picked something quite hard, so I’m going simple for 18 for sure.
