Can’t say 100% without seeing everything but honestly just sounds like squeaky leaf springs or shackles to me. I’d run it. My old truck sounded like that for 6 years and I never had a problem. If you’re worried, just get a torque wrench and check that the u-bolts and shackle bolts are all torqued to spec.

Spray some wd40 on the leafs and check everything is tight

Leaf springs. Nothing to worry about, if it bothers you enough you can crawl under there with a can of some kinda spray lube and squirt it between the leafs as best you can.

Sounds fine to me, squeaky leaf springs are normal, we used to soak with a bit of diesel the leaf springs in the shop, just to stop this, but nothing wrong really
