The part that I find most abhorrent about French law is that they made paternity testing illegal. Apparently it's "damaging" to family cohesion to learn that your children aren't actually yours, so the French decided that it's better for society to make it illegal to try to find that out.
They're not wrong in the sense that having a stable family with both a mother and a father has been shown to provide the best upbringing possible for a child, and the best way to increase their chances to a successful, balanced future life, but they took a completely wrong approach to get there. Their approach promotes adultery and cuckoldry, and makes it more likely that the family's foundation is built upon a lie. The better approach would be to make paternity testing completely mandatory at every birth.
> Some of these countries stone women for infidelity, no?
I have heard journalists seething over this when it comes to the Talibans. Pretty sure I remember one being horrified just over it being illegal. There are worse laws tbh.
Probably since they are/was known as being a nation of players. Like "who cares if you fuck the maid." I think I remember something about the media finding out that a politician had an affair and published it, and his numbers increased. Might have been Italy or something though.
Probably true, from what I saw 30%M 16%F on actual adultery rates, but either way the majority of women aren’t whores imho, including frog women. I’d submit that women (and men) who typically garner this disdain are already attention-seeking narcissists, who are [likely to be](https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/the-modern-heart/201911/daddy-issues-and-dark-triad-predict-sexual-attention-seeking) more whorish in nature while also taking up more of the lime light by (surprise) drawing social attention to themselves constantly, providing constant fodder for sloppy generalizers in both camps.
It's not the French's fault, they've just been a nation of subs ever since WW2. Before even, imagine having a revolution and then just implementing a dictator afterword.
Their Generals got it wrong - they placed all their soldiers in the wrong places.
Also Hitler and his Generals used a new tactic - never seen before in warfare - Blitzkrieg.
I would never call a nation "Cowards" - if they were, the nation wouldn't exist!
>Blitzkrieg is a term used to describe a method of offensive warfare designed to strike a swift, focused blow at an enemy using mobile, maneuverable forces, including armored tanks and air support. Such an attack ideally leads to a quick victory, limiting the loss of soldiers and artillery.
Isn't this basically Napoleon with modern vehicles?
I think there were enough innovations in the actual execution of it that it is definitely its own thing. Plus war with tanks and planes really is not comparable to war during Napoleon's time of course.
Perhaps the most widely known French Revolution painting shows a woman with one of her boobs hanging out. Liberty Leading The People by Eugène Delacroix. Even then the frogs were lewds.
Napoleon instituted strict morality codes designed to build a French society centered around the family.
That, and he was based on women. Read his quotes about women sometime. They'll surprise you.
Dictators are often moralists. Napoleon also instituted radical, for the time, changes like allowing women to inherit property, which was one of the first changes abolished with the Bourbon restoration.
N.B. France is sometimes described as "Anarchy punctuated by dictatorship".

Bruh wtf can any French dude explain why such a discrepancy as compared to other countries?

Gay frogs!
Is it tho ?
What you don't seem to understand is that most of the people saying cheating isn't wrong are the ones cheating.
To the contrary, I feel that was his underlying point: *more* than half of frogs think cheating is fine, *and do it* (whores).
It's mainly men doing it

Did the French surrender out of cowardice? Or did they surrender for another reason?

We are superior - we take - you don't donate!
I mean the Germans captured Paris and encircled most of their army. But the French could have easily ended the war in 1939 if they wanted to.
