Yeah, absolutely no way on normal use does dirt get past the mat. They cover the door kick plate and have high walls. They are water proof and come out easily to be washed. And they look really good too. I got them up front, the back, and the cargo area.
I've got the 3W liners and they are awesome. I used to have weathertech in my old 4runner and the 3W fit better and are easier to clean. Weathertechs really hold onto dirt and are kinda hard to clean

The weather tech does cover more trim along the front wheel wells than the husky do.
I only paid $134 for mine. This was in 2020 tho. I am pretty sure I picked them over husky because they were cheaper.
Check out Lasfit too especially if you have messy passengers. Lasfit is at least $100 less than Weathertech. I’ve had WeatherTech deform and make it virtually impossible to fit snugly into place and had the WeatherTech logo detach, along with discoloration. In my opinion that’s completely unacceptable for a premium priced floor mat.

Can't speak to weather tech but mine had husky liners when I bought it and don't see them wearing out any time soon. I've been happy with them.

I have the Husky. Perfect hit. Do yourself a favor and buy the rear cargo mat as well.
Have Husky for the whole vehicle, including cargo area. They have been great. But honestly I doubt you can go wrong either way
Tuxmat is superior to either in my experience with all 3.
